How do the maintenance plans work?

They're monthly memberships. You pick a plan, keep a card on file, and we come to your home or office every month for a full exterior maintenance wash. Signature adds a quarterly interior refresh, and Ceramic Concierge adds quarterly coating care. Annual prepay saves about 15%.

Which plan is right for me?

Essential fits daily drivers that need consistent, proper washing between details. Signature is our most popular: the same monthly wash plus a quarterly interior refresh and priority scheduling. Ceramic Concierge is built for coated vehicles that need documented upkeep to keep the warranty valid.

What exactly happens at each visit?

Every plan gets the full exterior maintenance wash: foam pre-soak, 100% hand wash, wheels, tires and tire dressing, exterior glass, and a spray sealant refresh. On Signature, once a quarter we also vacuum, wipe down, sanitize, and clean the interior glass. On Ceramic Concierge, quarterly visits add a ceramic decontamination and SiO2 topper.

How much does my vehicle size add?

Plan pricing is shown for coupes and sedans. SUVs and crossovers add $25 per month, and large SUVs, trucks, and vans add $50 per month, on any plan.

Do members get discounts on other services?

Yes. Every Essential member gets a member rate on all detail, ceramic, and correction services. Signature adds 10% off all add-ons, and Ceramic Concierge takes 15% off add-ons and paint correction.

I have a ceramic coating. Why the Concierge plan?

Coating warranties require scheduled maintenance washes and periodic decontamination with ceramic-safe products; lapsed maintenance voids coverage. Ceramic Concierge handles all of it: a monthly ceramic-safe wash, a quarterly decontamination with an SiO2 topper, and an annual coating inspection.
